Last updated: 20 July 2026

This Warranty and Instrument Care page explains general support expectations and care guidance for PearlyGlow dental instruments. Correct cleaning, handling, sterilisation, storage, and use are essential for instrument life.

01

Warranty Scope

Warranty or support review applies only to verified product issues that are not caused by misuse, incorrect sterilisation, accidental damage, modification, unauthorised repair, or normal wear.

02

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage due to improper cleaning, chemical exposure, corrosion from incorrect solutions, or poor drying/storage.
  • Wear caused by routine clinical use, sharpening, cutting stress, bending, dropping, or impact.
  • Damage from using the instrument for a purpose outside its intended dental application.
  • Third-party repairs, modifications, engraving damage, or unauthorised servicing.
03

Instrument Care

  • Clean instruments promptly after use according to clinic protocol and applicable sterilisation standards.
  • Avoid leaving instruments wet, contaminated, or exposed to unsuitable chemicals.
  • Dry instruments properly before storage to reduce corrosion risk.
  • Use protective storage where tips, beaks, blades, working ends, and hinges can be damaged by contact.
04

Inspection Before Use

Dental professionals should inspect instruments before clinical use for alignment, grip, working-end condition, movement, corrosion, cracks, looseness, or visible damage.

05

Support Review

For warranty or care-related support, customers should share the order number, article/SKU, product photos or videos, issue description, and usage/cleaning context.
